Room was nice and very clean. Pool was private and also clean. The service at check in was unfriendly and not helpful with some reservation issues. The sign by the pool says it closes at 10, but security locked it up and made us leave at 9:30 (a different sign said it closed at 9, so she blamed the hotel chain for misinformation and still made us leave). Great location near the zoo. Management was helpful the next morning.
Best location +++ for the museums and botanic gardens. Nice and clean rooms. However...$12.00 for overnight parking!! I'll keep coming here as I have for years but not happy about the parking fee...
Staff was outstanding. Very polite, friendly and helpful. The manager provided a late checkout and extended it without drama. Great place next to golf course and good eats.
Had to stay here for surgery for my toddler. Clean room, smooth check-in, and convenient location. If booking through Cooks Children's affiliate page there is a discount.
This is my go to place to stay when visiting my student at TCU. Love that I can walk along the river right next to it and love that I can walk to several different restaurants and/or bars.
Solid hotel. We like it. For foodies - Location, it is a short 100 yard walk to Tim Love"s Woodshed Barbecue... tremendous modern Texas BBQ and wink - adult drinks that pair wonderfully with BBQ. Highly recommended, slurp.
This stay was a last minute thing. I was just too tired to make the hundred mile drive home after a long and wonderful day at the Ft Worth Zoo. I made the right choice! The room was great, the staff were welcoming and very helpful, and the pool was a perfect end to a splendid day...and a great beginning to the next.
Very well run hotel. Clean rooms. We were in town for a wedding locally. Great access to restaurants and shopping. We had a restful stay and enjoyed the pool as well. We were fortunate to have a room with a sliding door with direct access to the pool area. Thank you good folks for your hospitality.
